Course Objective |
It is aimed to provide the student with the theoretical and practical knowledge of the basic principles of labor law and the resolution of individual and collective labor disputes. To introduce the basic concepts and institutions of Social Security Law, to explain the rights of the insured arising from occupational accidents and occupational diseases, disability, old age and death insurances and the obligations of employers in accordance with the relevant legislation. |
