Course Objective |
In this course research in organizational behavior (OB) and in social psychology as related to understanding behavior in organizations will be examined with both a theoretical and a methodological emphasis. The ultimate objective of the course is to enable students engage in independent OB research where they formulate meaningful research questions and develop research plans at a publishable scientific quality. |
