Course Objective |
Human resource management is a function in organizations designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives. HR is primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and on systems. The aim of this course is to evaluate the HRM in the special case of Logistics Businesses and make inferences from the fields of social psychology, organizational behaviour and strategic management. |
