Course Objective |
The aim of the course is to analyze conflict, understand the dynamics between the parties in a conflict, abd determining the apparopriate method of conflict resolution. In addition the course will focus on the most apparopriate conflict resolution techniques. The course will provide necessary skills; one can effectively exercise the available or cretae options for conflict resolution with the required resolution techniques. |
