Course Objective

The aim of the course is to analyze and examine disputes and legal aspects of alternative dispute resolution procedures within the legal framework.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To analyze disputes arising from Labour Law and Commercial Law.
2   To examine dispute settlement procedures within the legal framework.
3   To have knowledge about the legislation concerning dispute settlement procedures.
