Course Objective

It is aimed to recognize the Floor Curling game and to know the rules, to be a good audience in the Floor Curling game, to know the Floor Curling materials, Floor Curling playground, to recognize and develop intelligence potentials, to make fast and correct decisions, to develop a systematic thinking structure, to develop focus, to evaluate many rules at the same time, to develop analytical thinking ability and attention, to develop the self-confidence of the individual.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Students will demonstrate shooting practices for Floor Curling.
2   2. Students will improve and/or maintain cardiovascular health levels throughout the semester.
3   3. Students will improve their ability to monitor various energy systems during physical activity.
4   4. Students will increase and/or maintain muscle/joint strength, endurance and agility.
5   5. Learners will increase and/or maintain muscle/joint flexibility.
