Course Objective

At the end of this course, students acquire knowledge of developments in the Turkish Educational History from Pre-Islamic Turkish history to the present by learning the importance of Turkish Education History.

1   Understanding the education system of Turkish society in the historical process
2   To be able to explain the developments in the Turkish education system in historical periods
3   To be able to compare the developments in the Turkish education system with the developments in the field of education
