Course Objective

The aim of this course is to examine the energy metabolism in the human body and energy use during loading, heat balance, homeostasis and exercise, regulation of body fluids and hormonal effects, energy expenditure, measurement of metabolism and metabolic adaptation to exercise, regulation of food intake and heat balance, providing information on exercise and nutrition in hot weather, and heat-related illnesses.

3   Learns recovery methods after exercise, Learns about heat balance and exercise
