Course Objective

This course is to provide students an understanding of dimensions of micro-level individual and group-level issues faced by companies operating in global environments.

Case Study Assignment
1) Facts/Summary/of Case: Aspects, features of the background of the case, consider the facts, unique perspectives, (10 Points)
2) Problem Identification: Recognize the problems, issues (20 Points)
3) Analysis: Assessment of the facts of the case, assessment of issues (20 Points)
4) Alternate Solution/ Options/and Best Solution: Assessment of alternative options, comparison between alternatives (20 Points)
5) Recommendations: Observations, action plan, final decisions with evidence (20 Points)
6) Conclusions/ Outcomes: Positive/negative consequences tied to the issues (10 Points)
7) For Cases with questions and answer: Answers to Questions (20 Points)

Essay Assignment
1) Integration of Knowledge: Understanding and applied concepts learned in the course (25 Points)
2) Topic focus: Focusing on the scope of essay (25 points).
3) Depth of discussion: Discussion of the main topic (20 points).
4)Organization: Structure of the subject, titles, introduction, statement of main idea, and conclusion (10 Points)
5) Writing: Grammar and spelling mistakes (10 Points)

Term Paper
1) Ideas: Central idea, other point of views, terms, definitions (20 Points)
2) Content: Development, analysis, syntheses of ideas, using evidence to support ideas (20 Points)
3) Support: Evidence, reasons, experience to support paper s point, connections between them (20 Points)
4) Organization/Coherence: Structure of paper s subject, purpose, target, thesis, developing one idea from the previous one identify relations (15 Points)
5) Style: Words, Sentences, Structure of them, ( 15 Points)
6) Mechanics: Spelling, punctuation, grammar, (10 Points)

Final Presentation
1) Content (25 Points)
2) Have Comprehensive Knowledge of the Subject (25 points).
