Course Objective

The aim of this course is to establish a relationship with the couple and the family, to evaluate the individual, the couple and the family in a comprehensive way; planning therapy by identifying problems and therapy goals; To teach how to help families and couples with children by using psychological counseling skills specific to family therapy approaches

1   Can relate to the couple and family and form the therapeutic union
2   Can evaluate the individual, couple and family from different perspectives
3   Can use psychological counseling techniques specific to family therapy approaches
4   Can explain the legal, ethical and professional principles to be taken as a basis while counseling the family
