Course Objective

Developing exhibition techniques by relating visual communication design to different disciplines. Analyzing the arrangements made with space, image and typography elements, and applying them through different materials and themes.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Having knowledge on the representation of information, data transfer in the field of graphic design and plastic arts.
2   Learning and evaluating the design principles and elements in the visual communication design application process.
3   Knowing and applying the role of visual communication in the preparation of the representation of the work to be exhibited in the space.
4   Applying visual and typographic elements to design during the exhibition process.
5   Defining and applying visual integrity, the principle of continuity.
6   Having interdisciplinary knowledge by using innovative design solutions and including them in the studies.
7   Transferring professional, ethical and social responsibilities to design practices.
8   Developing aesthetic concerns and relevant solutions during the exhibition process.
