Course Objective

The aim of this lecture is to teach students the basic techniques of critical reading, academic writing and reporting.

1. Midterm Exam: Midterm exam encompasses the subjects covered in lectures as well as weekly assignments (30%)
2. Term Paper: Term paper will be a paper prepared by the student on a chosen topic. (30%)
3. Final Exam: The exam encompasses all the subjects covered throughout the semester, as well as in-class discussions, applications and case studies (40%)
