Course Objective

Explaining the basic concepts in labor law, perceiving the legal problems encountered in working life and providing information about the solutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Defining the concepts in labor law
2   To grasp the prevailing principles of labor law and the actual inequality existing in business relationships in general
3   To determine the differences between the temporary employment relationship, the relationship between the main employer and the subcontractor, and the transfer of the employment contract.
4   To understand the general rules of working conditions
5   Rights and obligations of the worker and employer
