Course Objective |
To make students comprehend the principles and procedures of collective bargaining, peaceful resolution of disputes, strikes, and lockouts in order to regulate the mutual economic and social conditions and working conditions of workers and employers and thus enable them to perceive the current functioning of collective labor relations. |
