Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to enable students to examine the basic skills that are required for manager nurses theoretically and practically.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student can explain the basic skills that are required for the manager nurse.
2   The student can make a correlation between management approaches and nursing services management.
3   The student can discuss the nursing planning, worker s satisfaction and education in order to actualize the care management.
4   The student can discuss the use of informatics system in the care management and the whole managerial processes
5   The student can organize the change management by using communication skills.
6   The student can transfer the theoretical management skills to the operation of nursing services management.
