Course Objective

The aim of this course is to reveal the theoretical foundations of values
education in social studies and to develop and evaluate activities that can be applied in
social studies courses.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of this course, 1. To have knowledge about the the theoretical foundations of values education.
2   2. To be able to analyze the place and importance of values education in social studies.
3   3. To be able to develop and evaluate values education activities that can be used in social studies courses.
4   4. Getting the skills to share the researches and evaluations in oral and written form.
