Course Objective

The aim is to explain a perspective on the digital mindset that digital transformation requires in organizations, the importance of digital leadership features and application examples, and to provide the ability to define the importance and challenges of digital leadership in the digital road map to the participants.

Assessment Criteria

Midterm Exam: It will be measured the students' level of perception and evaluation of the concepts explained and discussed in the course.
Final Exam: The level of internalization of the concepts discussed during the course will be measured by the students' ability to propose solutions to the problems related to the subject, to analyze the relationships, connections and causality between the concepts.
