The aim of this course is that the students learn qualitative research methods and gain the ability to design and perform scientific research in the field of performing arts with this meth

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. will learn the differences between qualitative research and quantitative research approaches,
2   2. understand the qualitative research method,
3   3. will be able to explain grounded theory, narrative analysis, case study, ethnographic research, phenomenological research patterns and the differences between them,
4   4. will learn to design and plan a scientific research in the field of performing arts with the qualitative method,
5   5. they will be able to report the research by performing data collection and analysis processes.
