Course Objective |
The medium conditions in fermentation technology, sterilization, inoculation, aeration, agitation applications and characterization, microbial growth kinetic, fermentor design, purification of fermentation products, recovery of these products and waste material applications will be discussed and evaluated. |

Meaningful learning of the basic concepts given in presentations, association of concepts with each other, establishing the cause-result relationships and making comments by using the information available for problems and evaluating idea generation are carried out with mid-term, final and resit exams, active participation to the lecture, homework. |
