Course Objective |
The aim of the course is to explain the stages in the Business Process Management life cycle. These stages include goal setting, process design, process implementation, process establishment and measurement, and process evaluation. The course also aims to teach students to analyze corporate performance from a process perspective, redesign processes using value-oriented techniques, and create and implement workflows. |
