Course Objective

The purpose of the course is to equip students with knowledge and application of teaching and learning principles, strategies, and techniques and to enable them to design the teaching procedure as conscious learners during the teaching, evaluation and assessment stages.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to be aware of the responsibilities during the design, application and evaluation stages of teaching,
2   have the skill to analyse the characteristics of teachers and they will be able to design a lesson plan,
3   they will be able to recognize teaching models and theories,have knowledge of teaching methods and techniques,
4   explain the difefrences among purpose, method and techniques,
5   employ teaching methods and techniques effectively in teaching process.
