Course Objective

Being able to gain our students the skills and culture of discussing and practising the concepts of Mental Health and related factors, the role of teaching in this and how it could be applied into education and training.

2   Being able to explain the factors that influence Mental Health
3   Knowledge of methods used in evaluation of Mental Health
4   Being able to explain basic charactericstics of disorders
5   Being able to explain the reasons of disorders
6   Being able to make comparisons among disorders
7   Being able to have awareness on the role of the teacher in Children s Mental Health
8   Being able to enjoy reading on Children s Mental Health

6 6-Theory of commitment, system approach, ecological approach, Mental Deficieny
7 7-Motor disorders, communication disorders, learning disorders

9 9-Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder
