Course Objective

The purpose of teaching the subject is to form a knowledge base by instilling in students the anatomical structure, physiology, distribution in nature, and generally comparative morphological analysis of mammals.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   You need to know how to characterize the characteristic features of the vital activity of mammals.
2   Students knows the morphology of mammals, their distribution in nature, diversity and makes a comparative analysis. Students is able to apply this knowledge in pedagogical, field practices and in life.
3   Students knows how to determine the systematic state of mammals by visually recognizing their representatives in the natural environment.
4   Mastering the measures carried out by the state and the population for the protection of mammals.
5   It evaluates, evaluates and analyzes the characteristics of the habitat of mammals.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 General characteristic of the class of mammals. External structure and skeleton of mammals.
2 The structure of the digestive, respiratory, blood-vascular sisiteminnin of mammals.
3 The nervous system of mammals, sense organs, sexual-excretory system, reproduction.
4 Classification of mammals. Characteristic feature of the first and true mammals. Marsupial mammals.
5 Mammals or placentans. There are many types of insects , such as wild birds, wild birds, wild birds, wild birds, and wild birds.
6 Morphological features and important detachments of the order of rodents.
7 Morphological features and important species of the order of Balinese.
8 General repetition
