Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give disabled individuals the importance of psychological skills as well as physical skills in sports; in this context, to cope with stress and anxiety, to develop concentration skills, to teach the necessary techniques to increase motivation and to enable them to develop the right approach in the competition and competition processes (before, during, after).

4   Gaining knowledge of general concepts in sports psychology
5   To be able to comprehend the factors affecting the psychology of athletes in the sports environment.
