Course Objective

It is targeted to learn the content and purposes of rules related to the ending of an employment contract by analyzing its concepts and regulations in a systematical method. In this manner, students may develop views and solutions on the application of the related norms.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the content of legislation related to the ending of an employment conrtact and its international sources
2   To be able to explain the functions of rules related to the ending of an employment conrtact
3   To be able to connect the rules related to the ending of an employment contract with present cases
4   To be able to examine current applications concerning the ending of an employment contract and judicial decisions in particular
5   To be able to evaluate new proposals with current regulations
6   To be able to reach s synthesis of norms regarding the ending of an employment contract related with each other
