Course Objective

to perfect on to write a performance critique and to study on selected critical method

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to develop writting production critiques
2   to select a critical method and to write a critique in that way
3   to know the theories about the critical method and its critics
4   as a critic and a researcher to reproduce a discussion from text
5   to study on interdiciplinary area and meet this crosroads in the theatre

2 changing the identity of the critic
3 bibliography on the selected critical theory and its outlines
4 reading on study field and discussion

8 study on the selected methods in drama field.
9 to write a paper on the selected methods

Recomended or Required Reading

All kinds of Turkish and other languages literature on drama and critvcism.
In addition, all kinds of texts, books, articles and visual materials about theater theories and text analyze

Basic outlines of the course are given by the instructor with examples, opinions.
