Course Objective

Description of intraoral tissues,determination of physiological and pathological situations and developing an appropriate treatment plan

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1 Clinical evaluation of intraoral and periodontal tissues and to set up a periodontal rehabilitaton plan 2   2 Learning of periodontal treatment stages in accordance with the treatment plan 3   3 Performing the periodontal treatment stages 4   4 Performing the final stage of the periodontal treatment 5   5 Prospective control of the periodontal rehabilitation and realizing recommendations to the patients

Week Subject Description 1 "Student performs the extra and intra-oral examinations, collects medical, familial and dental data, reaches to a diagnosis and completes patientspecific treatment planning. Afterwards, these procedures are evaluated by the instructors and his associates within the presence of the student and the patient.
