In order to graduate from the program, it is necessary to take courses for 78 ECTS, receive 12 ECTS for specialization and complete a thesis work for 150 ECTS. Must complete 240 ECTS credits in total. Must complete each course with a minimum grade point average of 2.50/4.00 and a minimum grade of 2.50/4.00 (CB/S/TP).

Profile of the Programme

Cancer Epidemiology is a process that develops from basic laboratory research that develops new therapies for the treatment of cancer and requires an interdisciplinary structure that is constantly expanding and intertwined. In addition to the development of new therapies, the yet unresolved foundations of cancer are among the reasons that force a new approach in this field. In addition to a new medical approach, it is also an important rapidly developing field of biomedical research due to its focus on therapy. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM: A small number of clinical studies in the field of oncology, which are competent in the field of clinical research, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Biomedical Industry R&D Laboratories, R&D To train PhD scientists and R&D personnel who can take charge in Institutes and Universities, follow international scientific and technological developments, are open to innovation, and are compatible with teamwork in result-oriented studies, and to train competent managers and personnel who will ensure national development in the medical device and pharmaceutical sector. It is planned to open the program to form a team that will answer the questions of what, how much, where, which is one of the most important problems of our country, specific to cancer. In addition, Epidemiology in the project of 2000 doctoral scholarship students in 100 fields opened by YÖK to train scientists with doctorate in priority areas. is a priority program.
