Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce the necessary teaching methods and techniques for equipping individuals with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to prepare them for work and professional life. The course also aims to help students gain the competence to prepare and implement appropriate vocational education plans for individuals at various competency levels.

1   Explains the definition and importance of job and vocational skills.
2   Analyzes the developmental process of job skills and individual differences.
3   Applies job and vocational training strategies for different disability groups.
4   Gains knowledge on workplace safety, ethics, and behavioral rules.
5   Provides guidance on career selection based on individuals' skills and interests.
6   Conducts job analysis and creates teaching plans based on skill analysis.
7   Explains job coaching, job-based learning, and supported employment practices.
8   Contributes to individuals gaining the necessary social skills for independent living and work life.
