Course Objective

This course aims to enhance the advanced English communication skills of professionals working in the tourism and hospitality industry or individuals pursuing a career in this field. Students will develop competencies in areas such as customer relationship management, crisis management, tourism destination promotion, and industry-specific written and verbal communication. The course will particularly focus on strengthening intercultural communication and problem-solving skills.
