Course Objective

The aim of this course is to enable students to actively participate in the world of narrative and to become effective storytellers by understanding the structure of tales and stories. The course equips students with skills such as storytelling techniques, improvisation, narrator-listener dynamics, and awareness of space and body that enhance storytelling.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explains the basic concepts of storytelling and fairy tale narration.
2   Classifies and compares types of tales and stories.
3   Uses body and spatial awareness in the storytelling process.
4   Develops narrative using improvisation and storytelling techniques.
5   Evaluates stories and fairy tales in educational and therapeutic contexts.
