Course Objective

The aim of this module is to introduce mixed methods research and enable students to use these methods in the scientific research process effectivelly.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understanding the origins, nature, and significance of mixed methods research
2   Gaining comparative knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and integrate this knowledge into research practice.
3   Developing the ability to apply mixed methods research in the scientific research process
4   Effectively reporting and presenting the results of Mixed Research Methods
5   Gaining insight into ethical issues that may arise in Mixed Research Methods and their solutions
