Course Objective

This course aims to increase students' theoretical knowledge and develop their ability to use theoretical toolboxes while researching and discussing social issues. Examining the thought of Pierre Bourdieu, one of the most important sociologists of our time, and deepening in this field are also among the main objectives of the course.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. To increase the student's theoretical knowledge.
2   2. To provide the student with the ability to read theoretically.
3   3. To provide the student with the ability to interpret social issues with a theoretical toolbox.
