Course Objective

The aim of this module is to develop an understanding toward to neuropsychological perspective into mental health in the context of emotional, cognitive and behavioral aspects

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Recognizing Clinical Neuropsychology and related concepts
2   Examination of fundamental psychological disorders from a neuropsychological perspective
3   Gaining knowledge about Brain Imaging studies, case examples, and neuropsychological assessment techniques
4   Explaining the neuropsychological foundations of mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.).
5   Performing a holistic analysis by relating neuropsychological findings to clinical observation and case examples
