Course Objective

To teach the concepts of children's rights and democracy by giving their development in the historical process, to understand the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, and to understand that different thoughts, beliefs and cultures can coexist in peace and compromise.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learns and internalizes the concepts of children rights and democracy.
2   Gains tolerance and culture of compromise.
3   Comprehends that children rights are acquired innately regardless of religion, language, race discrimination.
4   Comprehends that the idea of children rights and democracy are ultimate values of the age that is being experienced.
5   Understands that the culture of children rights and democracy make it easier to live together.
