Course Objective |
The main objective of this course is to teach how to manage human resources effectively in an organizational work environment. In this context, the role of the human element in organizations and how human resource management is evaluated in terms of systems, processes and practices will be emphasized. In addition, important issues such as ethical approaches in the management of employees will be discussed and the function of this field will be understood in more depth. Topics such as strategic human resource management, globalization effects, performance measurement, training activities, employee motivation, reward methods, change management and organizational flexibility will be examined. |
