Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to gain knowledge, skills and competence about the psychology of adult individuals, learning processes, adult education theories and adults' resistance to change. It also aims to teach the processes of planning, designing and executing educational programs for adult education.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to describe the psychology and learning processes of adult individuals.
2   To be able to explain adult education theories.
3   To be able to analyze the resistance of adults to change.
4   To be able to understand the characteristics of information technology for adults.
5   To be able to describe the process of designing and executive training programs for adult education.
