Course Objective

To implement soundly the processes of all interpersonal and organizational communications which take place in museums as institutions. To make learners acquire the skills to overcome the conflicts those might arise in the process.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning he importance of process, elements, types of communication functions.
2   Making the target audience analysis for different types of museums.
3   To be efficent in the interpersonal communications and organizational communications and managing the conflicts which may arise in the museum.
4   To be competent in written, verbal and nonverbal communications as museum employess.
5   Taking up effective public relations activities in the museums.
