Course Objective

To comprehend the fundamental concepts of Developmental and Learning Psychology and to be able to apply this knowledge and understanding in an educational setting

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To understand the stages of Child and Adolescent Psychology and to have knowledge about developmental tasks
2   Comprehend physical, cognitive, social, moral development of life stages
3   Explain the effects of individual differences in teaching process and perception of learning
4   Understand theories of learning and learning processes, and be wistful to provide appropriate learning environments based on learning processes
5   Integrate the perspectives and approaches of educational psychology to own personality and professional area
