Course Objective

The profitability, growth and success of a business is the right way of working it depends on their choice and their performance. The aim of this course is to learn the principles of the interview with the employer's representative during the recruitment process and reinforce it by practicing.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to learn the importance and types of interview as a selection method.
2   Students will be able to learn the personnel selection process, exam and interview practices in airline companies.
3   Students will be able to learn interview question examples and do classroom practice.
4   Students will be able to have general knowledge of body language, general appearance, gesture and gestures during the interview
