Course Objective |
Examination of neurobiological processes underlying psychopathology and psychopharmacological intervention. Basic psychopharmacology concepts; Neurochemical basis; Action mechanisms; Usages for the psychological disorders of psychotropic agents in the framework of various drug categories such as antidepressants, anxiolytics, antipsychotics, psychostimulants, opioid analgesics, sedative hypnotics, and hallucinogens. |
