Course Objective

To learn about theoretical framework and practices of methods and techniques regarding quality management and to understand how and where these techniques are applied in organizations. Students completing this lesson should be able to effectively use quality management techniques applied through organizations.

Learning levels related to defining methods related to measuring quality in businesses, analyzing quality-related problems, creating and improving business processes, using statistical quality control tools in business applications, understanding Six Sigma techniques will be measured in line with participation in discussions to be held during classes and answers to relevant questions in exams
