Course Objective

To introduce apatojen and pathogens microorganisms. To determine of microorganisms significance in relation to human, animal and the other living micro/macro-organisms life. To explain the implications and importance of microorganisms in the environment and environmental health. To introduce the characteristics of microorganisms for detection and identification

6 Relations with the microbial environment and themselves

11 Microbial evolution and systematics.
12 Prokaryotic diversity: Archaea and Bacteria.
