Course Objective

In this course, the student whose thesis study has been admitted by the institute board is aimed to interpret the up-to-date literature, advance research methods and new developments in the thesis regarding the thesis topic, to conduct the research, to write the thesis according to thesis writing framework and to publish the articles produced from the thesis with the help of the knowledge and experiences of the thesis advisor in the scientific field and in accordance with the scientific and ethical principles.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students use the knowledge in scientific studies that s/he has interpreted, developed and deepened regarding the thesis field.
2   They analyse, interpret and synthesize the knowledge of Fundamentals of Nursing with science philosophy, nursing concepts, theories and models, advanced research and other positive science knowledge.
3   They identify and interpret the issues related to the thesis topic, and solve them in direction of scientific and ethical values by using scientific research methods.
4   They use information, research and evidence based practice results that have been evaluated critically while conducting advanced level studies independently.
5   They transfer the up- to- date knowledge that s/he follows in the field of Fundamentals of Nursing to scientific presentations.
