Course Objective

This course aims to enable students to provide an integrated patient care for individuals who are in need of care by using the nursing process system in order to increase their clinical experiences, gain knowledge and experience about the nursing intervention and become experienced about the patient safety and the development of a current standard or a model in care with the help of the course.

Further Notes About Assessment Methods

1. Each student prepares the topics related to the thesis field comprehensively in the first block of the course and submits a report after determining the data that should be integrated into the thesis.
2. Each student submits a report by summarizing the latest literature and evidencebased guides concerning the thesis field in the second block of the course. Besides, students review their preparation and planning for the thesis suggestion based on new information obtained in this process.
Homeworks and reports will be prepared in APA format in computer.

Assessment Criteria

- In the exams, the abilities of interpreting, remembering, taking a decision, explaining, classifying and combining the information will be evalauted.
