Course Objective |
The main purpose of this course is to teach general principles and the institutions of the law to the students. During the semestr the fundemental rulesof law, such as justice, equity and sources of law will be discussed. In this perspective the real person, legal persons, their rights and capabilities, and the lose of personality will be the subject of this course. Constituional law, property law, family law,obligation law and the system of courts are going to be considered. |

1.Midterm Exam: Mid-term exam covers the topics examined in the course and weekly assignments (40%). |
Assessment Criteria |
Exam papers will be evaluated regarding the level of understanding, as well as defining the causality between the basic concepts and issues of the lecture, ability of giving examples and analytical thought, and using relevant terminology. |
