Course Objective |
The students will gain insight on motivation, attraction and destination choice factors that lead to different tourism behaviour, and develop ideas of mass tourism and alternative types of tourism product, and will also learn about concepts including special interest, co-creation of experiences, authenticity, staging, creative tourism experiences and niche markets. The students will ultimately develop types of tourism product within the scope of special interest tourism. |

The students are expected to obtain, generate and present relevant knowledge on special interest tourism and explore causality between relevant factors. |
