Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop a critical perspective in order to interpret social change through art and to make social readings, especially through cinema.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understands the concept of social change and can relate it to the elements of social structure,
2   Learns to interpret Human-Society relations from different perspectives,
3   Learns to see the structure and social problems of the society he lives in with the concept of social change,
4   Have knowledge about theories regarding social change,
5   Can analyze the relationship between the individual and social change through cinema.
