Course Objective

This course is the sequel to "Theories of International Relations". Its objective is to help students have a more comprehensive and lasting understanding of previously taught classical and contemporary theories through case studies. It continues to discuss and reflect on concepts and theoretical debates in the discipline of International Relations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   After taking this course, students are expected to deepen their understanding of international relations, and its systematic analysis.
2   Students will be able to apply theories and concepts to current topics and events in international politics.
3   Students will improve their foreign language skills and command in international relations terminology.
4   Students will improve their abilities to discuss before an audience.
5   Students will improve their ability to back up their arguments with reason and theory.
