Course Objective

The aim of the course is to introduce learners the basics concepts and principles of international law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Will be able to determine the problems of intenational law and to offer a solution for preventing and resolution of international disputes.
2   Will get a general information on international law topics.
3   Will be able to follow the current changing in international agrrements and international court decisions in order to discuss the relevant topics.
4   Will have the capability to follow the developments in doctrine and in practice.

Assessment Criteria

1. Will clearly explain main principles of International Law and the importance of the doctrine.
2. Will identify the general characteristics, principles of International Law and be able to offer a solution to prevent the international disputes.
3. Will anaylze specific treaties, international court decisions and scholars' writings for International Law.
